Cold Brew Coffee
A perfect Cold Brew Coffee, every time. This unique blend makes the perfect, most satisfying cup. Specifically blended for cold brew coffee. Rejuvenate the senses with a Cold Brew cup.
Contains no additives, nothing artificial, just 100% coffee. Cold brew coffee is a dark French roast and the grounds are very coarse.
Cold brew uses cold, or sometimes room temperature water when brewing. The flavors rely on how long the grounds remained submerged in water as well as the strength.
Cooler water results in smoother taste, as the sweet compounds found in the coffee beans are extracted. Interesting to know, that these sweet compounds take longer to absorb in cold water, taking nearly 12 hours to 24 hours steeping period to release.
Coffee brewed in this method is approximately 60% less acidic than hot coffee and doesn't have the burnt and bitter underlying tastes, notes that are prevalent with hot coffee.
Furthermore, the caffeine from this method, is easier on your stomach that when it is brewed with hot water.
