What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All orders are shipped PRIORITY, FIRST CLASS USPS

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, some products are roasted fresh so please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out. Product is delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 days, please email us at support@baristabatch.com.

I don't like my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Returned coffee is not accepted since it is a perishable item. However, we handle each return case-by-case basis to make sure our customers are happy coffee drinkers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

if the package is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Please contact us within 24 hours to send it back to us for a full refund. You will need to ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours. You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at support@baristabatch.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
